Sunday Morning Yoga
Yoga for Equestrians is an all levels 60 minute Vinyasa Yoga class that addresses the specific postures and movement needs for the horseback rider’s body.
The practice focuses on balance, flexibility, building core strength, lower back strengthening, shoulder opening, and hip opening. This series of classes will bring the rider to a more balanced state of mind while lubricating stiff joints and stretching muscles that tighten from riding a horse. Learn how to use your breath as an aid to stay in synch with your horse.
While Yoga for equestrians is mainly geared towards the horseback rider, anyone and everyone with an interest in yoga will greatly benefit from this class.
Gina is also officially Reiki certified for animals and humans!
Class Time: 11AM - NOON every Sunday morning
